COURTESY LISTING Twinkie is a sweet pointer/bulldog/who knows mix weighing about 60lbs. She was found by a good Samaritan as a stray- skinny and on her own. The nice lady brought her to the vet and got her UTD on shots, spayed, and a first heartworm treatment. She was positive, but is now testing negative!! She is a very affectionate dog. She can be choosy with her dog friends, but has met a few that she really likes. She is well mannered when you are eating dinner- she will go to the nearest mat and lay down and wait for you to be done. She's a couch potato and lies in odd positions that are truly adorable. She is house trained completely, but cannot be put in a crate. She may hurt herself trying to get out. She loves giving kisses and hugs and is an absolutely perfect snuggler. She will literally "spoon" with you. Twinkie is a really good girl and would be an excellent addition to a loving home. She has done well with the few children she has met and though she wanted to chase the only cat she has met, she did not show aggression.
